Wedding Day Coordination Duties
- Early arrival to ensure that the set-up at your venue is correct
- Receiving Deliveries and greeting vendors on wedding day
- Cue musicians or cut music for ceremony
- Helping wedding party / guests who have special needs
- Lining up and cueing the wedding party to walk down the aisle
- Making sure wedding dress and train are perfect
- Coming to the rescue of a crying guest/flower girl
- Gathering family members/wedding party for photographs
- Making sure all the finishing touches are in place
- Ensuring proper placement of guest seating/place cards/wedding favors
- Wedding programs/bubbles/exit petals/disposable cameras are taken care of
- Cue service for reception
- Answer guests questions and concerns
- Assisting DJ or MC throughout the day
- Keeping track of specialty items and packing up at the end of service
- Distributing gratuities or final payments to vendors on your behalf
- Arranging transportation with limousine drivers
- Personally pack up automobile with gifts
